ACSI is a national economic indicator of customer evaluations of the quality of products and services available to household consumers in the United States, and its syndicated results are calculated independently and without endorsement. Allconnect's score of 86, based on about 130,000 surveys, ranks above brands traditionally regarded as leaders in customer service, including Chick-Fil-A, Apple Phones, Trader Joe's, Costco, Nordstrom, Google and Amazon.

Allconnect and Gas South Celebrate 100,000 Transfers

Allconnect recently celebrated the transfer of 100,000 calls from Gas South by making a $1,000 donation to Norton Park Elementary School to purchase Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for the families of students. Norton Park, a Title 1 school in Cobb County that serves a large Latino population, has partnered with Gas South for more than five years. The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply affected communities, and sources cite that the Latino community has been hit especially hard.
