Atlanta, GA – Atlanta-based Allconnect announced that Donja Gordon-Eubanks, Director of Energy Solutions Operations, was recognized by Georgia Trend as a 40 Under 40 award recipient last week. This is the 21st year Georgia Trend magazine has honored outstanding Georgians under the age of 40.
40 Under 40 honorees not only excel in their 9-to-5 professions, but also have a commitment to community involvement that goes well beyond what they are paid to do. This year’s group represents a broad range of sectors, including business, government, healthcare, science, education and the arts. More than 300 nominations were received.
Eubanks received the honor for her swift rise from sales agent to director of Allconnect’s rapidly expanding Energy Solutions Operations division, and her commitment to giving back to the community. Currently Eubanks manages teams in Georgia, Kentucky and Utah, helping customers simplify the process of enrolling in products and programs offered by their electric utility. Outside of the office, she participates in activities to raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault.
“We couldn’t be more proud of Donja for this extraordinary achievement,” said Kim Shumway, Allconnect Executive Vice President of Partner Management and Business Development. “She has been an integral part in Allconnect exceeding revenue goals, while also serving our community by lending her talents to a cause she cares deeply about.”
This year’s group joins two decades of honorees, many of whom have gone on to great success and have had a tremendous impact on the lives of Georgians across the state. Previous honorees include chef and TV personality Hugh Acheson, Ron Clark Academy founder and New York Times bestseller Ron Clark, former U.S. Poet Laureate Natasha Trethewey, and actor, producer, director and screenwriter Tyler Perry.
