When customers contact OG&E to transfer or establish electric service, they now have the option to speak with an Allconnect home service advisor, who reviews all the home services options available at their new address, including internet and TV, and offers access to discounts from major retailers. Leveraging its proprietary technology and analytics, Allconnect identifies promotions and bundles specific to the customer’s needs, then provides end-to-end service, including order placement and installation scheduling.
